No Returns or Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

• Minor variations in color, size, or design are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following are mandatory:

• A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

• Clear photographs showing the damage or issue

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

After successful verification:

• A replacement of the same product will be provided (subject to availability), or

• Store credit may be issued at our sole discretion

❌ Cash refunds are not provided, as all products are handmade.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• Once the order is confirmed or production has started, cancellation is not permitted.
